Alejandro protagonist in the Critérium du Dauphiné

On the occasion of the sixth stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné that took place today between Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur and Villard-de-Lans – Vercors on the distance of 183 km, Alejandro showed one more time how brave he is. The Spaniard went with a five stars breakaway at about 100 km from the finish together with Vincenzo Nibali, Rui Costa, Toni Gallopin and Tony Martin.

Costa won the stage ahead of Nibali and Alejandro, the third 38 seconds behind the Portuguese rider.

Alejandro is now the 3rd overall 30” behind new leader Vincenzo Nibali.
