Movistar Team wins the TTT; Alejandro second overall

Movistar Team won tonight the first stage of the 69th edition of the Vuelta a España, a 12, 6 km team time trial in the streets of Jerez de la Frontera.

The Spanish team was 6 seconds faster than Cannondale Pro Cycling and Orica GreenEdge, respectively second and third.

Jonathan Castroviejo, who was the first rider crossing the line is also the first leader of the Spanish race stage while Alejandro is the second overall.

Tomorrow: stage 2: Algeciras – San Fernando (170 km)
