Alejandro never gives up

After he achieved a great individual time trial in Burgos on the distance of 38, 5 km and taking the third place of the stage, Alejandro is now the sixth overall, 3’15” behind new leader, Dutchman Tom Dumoulin.

The Spaniard never gives up and despite of having suffered a lot the last days, today result is a proof that he is still fighting to try and climb on the podium.

“I am very happy, I must say. This morning already I had very good feelings and as a consequence I decided to give it all today. I am a fighter since the moment I start training till the last meter”, declared Alejandro immediately after crossing the finishing line.
