Alejandro, the 22nd in the Amstel Gold Race

Alejandro finished the first of the Ardennes classics at place 22. 

“Today I am happy to finish within the first group”, he wrote on his Twitter. “Our goal will be to get a better result next Sunday in Liège.”

Before Liège-Bastogne-Liège, Alejandro will start on Wednesday in the Flèche Wallonne.
